Fun, relaxing weekend.

It was a fun and relaxing weekend. Just what I needed before I start working this week. I'm working 32 hrs from Monday-Thursday. I have Friday off and then I work 24 hrs Saturday-Monday. Off next Tuesday and then 11 1/2 Wednesday-Thursday and off the following weekend.

I hope that all of you enjoyed your weekend. I know I did. I got to hang out with my family. Anthony came down yesterday afternoon and spent the night and went to church w. my family and I. Living Hope from HCHS sang in church tonight, and they were really good. I'm glad I stuck around for that.

Life is good...

Life is good, and busy. Which is always nice. Work is going well. I'm actually quite surprised that I got along w. a co-worker today who normally loathes me and gives me nasty glares all during the entire shift; I normally cringe when I have to work w. them, but tonight it was quite nice. Let's see if it'll stay that way. *crosses fingers*

Tomorrow I am working from 6:30am till 2:30pm instead of 4:30pm to 8:00pm. For some reason a co-worker was unable to work. I figured I'd rather work 8 hours instead of 3.5 anyway. :)

Next week I work all 8 hour shifts. I still need to talk to my manager about full-time. I really hope that I get it soon. That way I'll be able to get benefits and health insurance.

I have new pictures of Elora to post, but I'm just too dang tired to post them right now, so they'll be posted at another time. :-P

Sorry I haven't written here in awhile!!!

It's been crazy busy lately. I've been working a lot. I've been in Muskegon a lot this week. When is it going to slow down?! Probably never. But I'm doing good.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful Easter!! I got to decorate eggs with Anthony's family tonight. That was lots of fun. *grins* Tomorrow I work from 7-3 and then I head out to Anthony's mom's house for Easter Dinner. Should be a fun evening. Anyway have a great night!!

Blah..I feel so sick... this is not cool!!

BLAH!!
I've had a cold for almost two weeks now. I'm nausea, and no don't worry I'm not pregnant. Something is wrong... I took my temperature today and it said I was 96.3 degrees F... Hmm... That can't be too good. I think I am going to call work and tell them that I cannot come in tomorrow. I haven't thrown up yet, but I feel like I could. I really haven't eaten anything today, but I feel so yucky...

I want my mommy...

Life is good.

So this cold isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. That makes me extremely happy. :) I should really be in bed right now, but I've got laundry in the washing machine, and my work clothes are in that load, so I need to stay awake so I can move them into the dryer.

Today I went to Muskegon. Fridays are official my "Muskegon day[s]"... Sometimes if I don't work on the weekends that I go up, I stay longer. But tomorrow I have to work; and I'm pulling a double. Ooh that's gonna be fun. Thankfully it's not all passing trays. From 7am to 3pm I pass trays, and from 4pm to 8pm I check the trays. I think that from 3 to 4 I will punch out and go read my new book that I got. Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortensen. I've only gotten through the introduction. So I'm hoping the rest of the book is good. The back cover of the book made the book sound amazing. So we'll see how it goes.

Happy Birthday Austin!!

Today is Austin's 16th birthday. I can't believe that he's already that old... Wow, do I feel old. Anyway he's 16 now.

Besides that, I started a head cold yesterday, and it's a nasty one... I'm stuffed up, and my throat is killing me. I wake up in the morning with no voice, and then it comes back during the day and by evening gone again. *sigh* It's sad. Tomorrow I work, Thursday I work, Friday off to Muskegon. I also work Saturday through next Thursday. It'll be a nice size paycheck hopefully... :)
